Q. What is your safety protocol? 
A. At AlyAthletics, taking care of both the community and our employees is important to us, especially during the ever evolving COVID-19 situation. All AlyAthletics employees are provided with health insurance and every employee is being paid their full salary during this time. All employees have been trained on proper hand washing protocol, work areas are cleaned prior to shipping each package and all employees wear vinyl gloves when packaging orders. 

Q. How do I make sure I order the right size? 
A. Each product description includes detailed size specifications in inches and centimetres. If you have any other questions about sizing feel free to contact us directly. 

Q. Where do you ship from? 
A. We ship from our partnered warehouses and factories located in Asia and the United Kingdom. Because we ship from multiple warehouses, please expect your t-shirts to ship separately if you ordered ordered more than one. 

Q. What countries do you ship to? 

A. We are currently shipping to the United States, however, we have plans to expand to more countries by the end of 2021! 

Q. How long does your order processing take? 

A. Generally your order will be processed within 2-3 business days. 

Q. What is your return policy? 
A. Due to the pandemic, we are extending our return policy from 30 days to 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Check out more on our return policy here
